How to know if salary meets market level?

I tried to find salary report from recruiters such as michael page and hudson. But it seems that their reports are done yearly and rather outdated.
Where else can i locate more current updated salary information for my job?
What other channels can i go to?

ur credentials and skills matters more -
sure. skills matters but most company HR dept has their own rates isn't it?
Unless you are very specialized which many companies sought after. Most jobs would pay according to the perceive market rate i think.

same qualification, same job scope, a local co. and a japanese MNC pays differently. -

Recruitment companies ah.
Lets say the company pay you $18 an hour. Recruitment company takes $7 and pay you $11 an hour nia.
So dont really trust them much. -

i earns 1.30 per hour.

I thing lokking through the guide those in Technical/ Engineering, IT/ info-tech and Medical/ health sciences pay higher. Engineer can get up to S$4000/-.. think we are all seriously underpaid
