Priority to Good-looking Employees?

sad but true. U go those frontline sales see all those girls very pretty ones, the cannot make it one they all hide them behind.
if ur boss find ur looks pleasant of course, he will be nice to u. if he's nice to u, ur likely yo find urself favoured, and when ur favoured, u're likely to be promoted.
one things leads to another lah.
see all those government organisation why do u tink all those Personal assistants to the ministers and high ranking official are all those lao char bohs? because they scared the government officials try hanky panky on pretty young things mah, give them good treatment, 1st priority. It's not whether if priority is given to good-looking employees, is when u see a hot sexy babe, most men confirm gurantee chop stamp give priority. this happens when the dick replaces the brain as the decision making mechanis.

Depends on the job scope you are in. Front line sales definately good looks have da advantage. If its those office job then more of abilities and performances.
If your boss favours those with good looks & body with ok performance compared to your higher performance AND its not those jobs whereby you have to use your looks & what to clinch deals 1, do reconsider your job in that company... -

I think it is more of a pleasant look. Like even if you are not drop dead stunning, but if you can maintain a pleasant and have a smile on your face most of the time, then think you will get into everyone's good books in the company, not just the management...
