actually my dear also kena something like this, but in this case it is bcos the company closed down de. but he still cant work for another similar company for 2 years. -
I usually hire one's that is able to handle stress well and can outshine to the best of his/her ability...

Actually I don't think it matters alot, cuz my ex-boss don't care about the contract de. I didn't even receive any training from him, nor any materials from the company wor.
Back to topic, I do agree that bosses often have priority for employees with better than average looks. It depends on the type of job too, for example, HR personnel looks tend have alot more weight in promotion than people in the maintainence department as they are more likely to spend more time dealing with customers/clients.
It goes down to one thing in the end. If an employee has a positive attitude, confidence, dresses appropriately for the job and performs well. It does make him/her look better in the eyes of the employer, even if he/she does poorly in the looks department. -

Yea, I would agree attitude matters. It is the way you carry yourself and the confidence you have regarding your job. For me, even if I am not really confident about a job I am supposed to handle, I will just pretend like I am, and figure it out on my own later. No point showing my lack of confidence in certain things to the management, it just makes them panic and lose trust in meOriginally posted by NekoRin:
