Priority to Good-looking Employees?

Does it seem that your boss tend to give priority to good looking employees? Esp if your boss is male and got sexy looking female workers in your company, do you think they seem to get promoted faster, get pay raise faster also?

I agree looks matter, especially if your boss is a guy. My ex company also promoted a lady with very good figure but air in the brain..

Depends on the boss' character. He might value performance over looks at the end of the day even though he likes the prettier one. I believe it depends on how the boss feels about the matter.
But if all things are equal, the better looking one should get it -

the good looking one is for me to admire only. of course lah, if the good looking one can also perform that i will promote.
good looking with nice figure and willing to bare is one thing but the company still need capable people to work. unless the good looking can attract more customers then that's another story. -
of course i treat the pretty gers better

but as far as it seem, high qualification is not necessary perform well at job. com skill is still matter if u can get along well wif pple. -

we have to face the fact. males counterpart do not have priority n boss tend to be harsh n demanding on them.
dat's the reason why most guys do not stay longer on the same job. -

I remembered reading surveys about this.
For guys, taller and muscular guys, will enjoy faster promotions and increases in wages than shorter and thinner guys. For ladies, it's best if you have the looks and figures. -
