in US the degree holder earns USD 3k and above, so that means what a degree holder in Singapore also earning very little since if I convert to USD, $2.5k is just like $1k there? -

My application with MOE is still under processing also...
Of cos when get a job in Spore have to consider the living cost in Singapore also, not like it is any less than in Malaysia, and I can't use Malaysian Ringgit to pay over there, so in a way it is still the same, unless I go to and fro Singapore and Malaysia everyday -

but from what i understand from some malaysian colleagues, they say it's difficult for them to switch job because they have to go thru those procedures again.. maybe this will make them commit to the job. Maybe that's why my Co hires so many Malaysian..
