now that i've been workin with an accounts department at least for a few mths, i realised... many of the stuff they do is i dunno wan...

Often, if you can't save your own skin and others' at the same time.. You can do things to minimise damage... eg. if you've really made up your mind, let your close colleagues know earlier. cos my probation will end mid may... at most drag till after may den leave lor.. that is if i tell them i dun wish to continue when they wanna confirm me.
if i confirm liao den leave its 2 weeks extra notification period...
before confirmation is 2 weeks after is 1 mth...

Cheque cleared liao then tender loh. Actually its best to look for a job NOW then tell ur new boss u will be available in two weeks THEN u tender -

talk to her directly. let her know u will be tendering soon. ask her for what u can do to ease the transition. offer to train replacementetc. But give her time frame lah. like say 1 mth.

actually it is not good to resign when u are still in probation. it gives people an impression u are not serious about the job.
what u should do is before sending resume, u should think beforehand carefully on what kind of job u wanna do. do research on the company u wanna join as well.
if u get selected for interview, take this opportunity to see the company, understand how they works, the working environment etc.
upon confirmation that they want to hire u, rise all your questions like job scope, welfare, salary etc.
don't wait until few months into the job then regret it. -

when im on probation, i enjoy all the benefits as those confirmed staff.. except for hospitalisation benefits. -

before i signed on the confirmation dey didn tell me they have shut downs once a mth.... (and recently is every week oso have) -
