When there somes a time you feel you are going nowhere, it shall be the time you ttender your resignation. Anyway its a big world out there so go job hop if you can afford to.
I just got to know at least one person in the workforce who spend 6 over years learning and knowing only knowledge a frog will in a well. When i first joined the company i got to open my eyes and see for myself how naive a worker can get.
Good riddance she's gone for good and her tender of resignation perhaps truely defined her 'resignation' to fate that she can go nowhere up the ladder in this company and perhaps any other companies she might ever join.

hw about when they ask me to sign i say i dun wan to continue?Originally posted by ditzy:When your boss is in a good mood of course. Of course do it when the date most suits you lar. Let's say you going to join a new company within a month, and you need a month and the half for notice, of course you do it well before that right? Then you must make contingencies like if your boss not around, blah blah blah.
Whatever lar.Originally posted by shinta:hw about when they ask me to sign i say i dun wan to continue?

employers will normally look for, unless presented by headhunters, staffs who has at least 3 years duration in each of their job.
This shows that if the hire the staff, they assume the staff will be working for them for at least the next 3 years, and they can handover the knowledge and the system to the staff that they are going to hire.
However, one can still stand out of the above assumption, if they have got a very compelling story(s) to the hiring manager why they are leaving or have left the company.
