High Turnover Rate?

Does your company you are working in have one?
I think mine does, esp for the marketing staff. And I have just heard news a group of them (who usually hang out together one) are all quitting together, on the same day, by the end of April...

i saw 15 staff got sacked during my 1 year stay in my ex firm...
some only worked for half a day only... -

management don't want to hire more eventhough we are in serious shortage of manpower. customers are already complaining.
even if have new people come in, most don't seems to stay for long. most resign after a few months. -
big company.
every week got ple going out.
but also see new faces quite frequently ba. -

my male friend at engineering company at amk say 4 of their senior engineers quit within 3 weeks of each other. Their boss got a kopi session with the management people. They wanna know why they quit...

Seems that smaller companies are harder hit...... Mine is.... 4 guys in just 6 months.... Bad boss..... Pay sucks! Sigh, im still there

You see ah....lots of bosses expect staff to multi-task, work long hours and meet deadlines by yesterday.
Then again ah, there is a new mindset with the workers of today. Five days week, 9 to 5 fixed working hours, no last minite jobs, no pressure, no stress, nice job title and bestest, good salary.
Employees can afford to pick and choose jobs now because there are plenty of options available. People can work 3 months here, 6 months there, etc so as to find out if they are cut out for the job and getting the max salary for what they're doing. Perhaps, some people feel it makes their CV looks good to have a wide variety of job experience?

My company store got supervisor position very high turnover rate because got 1 old hag store clerk always sabo the supervisor.

the senior management will follow the gabrament..
because of the high turnover rate, the senior management will increase their own wages -
It's always the management. Even if it's a pay issue, it's also because the management don't want to match the expected salary. -
All professionsl firms like law firms & accounting firms generally have very high staff turnover rates...........
When you get milked like cows from dawn till dusk and are fed peanuts like monkeys............. who can tahan? -
for the past one year, my company have seen lots of peopel come and go. and whenever resigning cross my mind because of the company's management and the unreasonable and demanding customers i have to face everyday, i always tell myself not to give up so easily, challenge myself to stay on longer, to overcome them instead of running away from it.
that's why i'm still here. -
my previous company
abt 11 people in 2-3 months
my office total strength than was less than 60 nia
than after few months, i become one of them who left
hahahahahaha
