they are just a bunch of childish people who read newspaper all day, get their secretaries to answer all their calls, knows nothing about the computer or how their phone works, talk lots of cock during meeting, come out with stupid regulations and get a big pay check at the end of the month.

Examine what is the most essential criteria to be a boss - it's money. Therefore so long as you are rich, never mind if you are even uneducated, you can still set up your own business/company and hire people to work for you wad? These are the kind of bosses who will only know how to kpkb and got no substance one.
Then there are oso bosses who work their way up so that they have real hands-on experience plus good educational credentials. Are they idiots too juz because they are bosses? Surely not........

when i was at aig, that time, i use to be late all the time, and there is one female manager who is in charge of the whole claims department, there is one time, during cny, she went around, shaking the hands of everybody, when it was my turn, she mention to me, don't be late all the time,
thou they may look dumb, and they are having meeting all the time, they actually knows whats going on in the office all the time -

something i observed from the majority of bosses over at my custoer's place. most bosses don't like to answer their own calls. they get their secretaries to answer all their calls.
yes it is understandable that if they are not in office, their secretaries will take their calls. but over here, even if the boss is inside his own room, he still don't want to answer his own calls.
i find it very strange cos if u are the boss and your phone rings, that means someone is looking for u. but u don't wan t tonswer it and let the secretary answer it, then the secretary will take the call and transfer it back to u. stupid right? -

Secretaries are hired to screen calls for their bosses mah. You know most of the calls for bosses are NOT about work? Some bosses are very good workers, but they are not leaders.
They can come up with very good ideas, but do not know how to get the idea out as a whole. They get ppl to put in ideas to complete his raw picture. But he forgot the picture would not be complete had it not for his men.
They do not know how to manage conflicts between his men. So long as the end result is not adverse for him, fark the conflict. Who can heklp him complete his work to answer to the top, will be his best men.
