So how fast do you get a increase in your paycheck? My friends only got an increment of $100 after working in the same company for 2 years oledi
And when you get an increase, does it come together with a job promotion?

If you're young, its better to move than to be stagnant, even if the environment is nice. Unless you intend to do the same thing for the next 10 years
