  Some companies practice asking for photos as their standard operating procedure but to work smart i think the Cv will do. Only ask for shortlisted candidates' photos.
  
  Some jobs require you to meet up with clients and customer so the HR will want photos of all applicants. People in PR, HR and Sales etc will know better.
  
  Now passport photos so expensive and digicam is so commonly available. Get a tripod and use the timer function on your digicam you can take all the passport photos you want at home. Edit the background over a white backdrop with clipping or photoshop will do.

  how many emails u wanna type? jus do ur resume in words format n send as attachment. some companies will specifically ask u to send ur resume in microsoft words.

  wordpad is a standard application in every windows OS but nobody use wordpad to do their resume. it oso reflects badly on ur professionalism.
