and if they mass email to every staff of the company, regardless of department.. ple will start talking abt it etc etc.. then will make u feel like digging a hole and hide.
But i have encountered one situation where a few new employees were hired and only one get his/ her photo and profile mass emailed to the whole corporate. I thought such information should be confidential and better known to the HR and the employee's superiors or peers?
Anyway, no one should question the HR or the deparmental manager's decision when it comes to hiring the appropriate candidate for a post.

My former comapny MNC for exempted staff the lunch hour is fixed by the book but there's a rule saying that if your job on that day requires you to lunch out late due to work commitment you can do so slightly earlier or later than the timing, as long as you observe the duration.
Sometimes in the past when i was busy like hell just go buy food eat and its back to work. The day passes by fast and you don't have to put up with non-sense politics and all the silly gossips.
But that's for exempted staff. -
