And my friend is getting 0.2%?

lets say u jus work 4 months, ur bonus will b 4/12 of the total sum. so ur pro rated bonus is 4/12 month

if ur co is giving 1 month bonus for those who worked for at least a year,
then if u worked 3 months, u will get 3/12 * 1 mth's salary, which is ur bonus.
but I'm really puzzled, wat's the difference between AWS and bonus?
which one is dependent on performance? -

Most companies have AWS and Variable Bonus.
For me company, I got my one month AWS in December and in April, there will be a payout of a bonus based variably on your performance by assessment. For me, the max variable I will get is 3 months. As for pro-rated, it just mean you will get a certain portion of the bonus only because you have worked less than a year in the company. -

If your friend say he's getting 0.2% that means he is getting 0.2% of his monthly salary lor. If you wonder why people were pissed at nkf, that's coz the CEO was taking a 800% for annual bonus. -

Some companies got special bonus...every end of the year the best performer in the company gets topick any guy or lady college he/ she can kiss

this is how my company gives out bonus also...just now my boss said mine will be prorata also...
but he said something abt hor...not counting the months of this year...wat does it mean? does it only count the month i have worked in the company last year since the bonus is supposed for last year one?
