if ur co is giving 1 month bonus for those who worked for at least a year,
then if u worked 3 months, u will get 3/12 * 1 mth's salary, which is ur bonus.
but I'm really puzzled, wat's the difference between AWS and bonus?
which one is dependent on performance?
basically if u work 1 month, its 1/12Originally posted by The Den:Does it means:
prorated bonus= how many months i work+1/2 month? Wah...
