  hi all, will like to find out what phones are u and your company using? do they look like any of the below? thanks for answering.

  Digital phone

  either digital or ip... cos it looks the same...

  IP phone comes with a huger screen and LAN/internet connection is required. the IP phone must be connected to a power adapter for it to work. Digital phones don't need external power supply.

  anyway, do any of u know what PABX system your company is using? (PABX means u can just dial the last 4 or 5 digit to make internal calls and must press 9 to make outgoing calls).
  
  example Avaya? Acatel? Cisco? Nortel?

  ok so the phone model is panasonic but do u know the name of the PABX system? cos panasonic is not a PABX system.
