...refering the period after you have tendered your resignation.
next week will be my last week with my current company
suddenly kena arrow lotsa sh|t job
the rest of the colleagues able to go for leaves and such..
I'm not even allowed to clear my remaining leaves (10++ days)
still need to bring a lot of stuff back home to do.

depending on your nature of job, sometimes the converse is true, especially if you are in sensitive position (eg: purchasing).
When I resigned from my previous job, my boss then was quick to hire a replacement and for the notice period, I basically tekan the new guy and do nothing the whole day.
I think its a "revenge" syndrome to pile you with work during your notice period and its unprofessional given that in the job market, resignations are part and parcels of office work.
Nonetheless, to maintain your professionalism, you'll cannot totally slack off, so, just carry on with normal pace loh and if at the last day you still cannot do it, heck it....you have resigned, you owed the company nothing....

i have not seen or heard about any replacement until now....
my current jobscope is to be distributed to 3 of my colleagues, they also bo chup, seems like not interested at all

but there is no replacement person for me to handover...
so i have to handover to my colleague who has only faint ideas of my job scope...
being the one and only in my dept... no one else relli know wat i was doing or how to do my things....
and since there was no replacement, i heck care....i have done my part to handover....it's up to the next suay person tts kena arrowed by the boss to take my share to fend for himself/herself
i still get calls and msns on where to locate things, how to do this, where to get that.......
left 3mths liao and still no replacement
this shows how impt my position is in that company.
no such person wun die one......
until relli relli cannot make it liao then hire...... -

depends on whether the company hire a new person to replace u or not. if yes, u can just handover everything to him and supervise him/her.
in my company, when someone resign, it's not the person who resigned that will be squeezed dry, it's whoever existing staff that will be taking over his job that will be squeezed dry. reason being the management don't wanna hire a new staff for replacement. they will just appoint someone to take over his job. so as u can see, whoever is the unlucky fellow will have to do double job, namely his job plus the job of the person leaving. -

For me i am really squeezed dry nearly every working day. Piles and piles of work been pushed to me and too many job scopes.
No one really also know what am doing but i help to built out new customer from overseas and etc. I had recently clinched a very big automotive customer in europe but my boss do not really appreciated . 9 hr a day in office is not enough to complete anything.
And there are too many fruastrating and anger invloved in the job. The pay and work load do not justified. And i plan to get my bonus and say sayonara. -
02 more day!!!
