not really. some companies have everything planned out in schedules so nicely that that won't be any needs for OT. in fact some boss tried to avoid their employees from taking OT because the OT pay is so high.
but in my line, having OT is very common, that's why my company's OT pay is very very low. -

I believe before you take the job, the guy who interviews you already states it clearly whether there is OT pay or not.

i remember one of my lecturer say that when she was in US or france, they say that if you work overtime the boss will think that you nv do your work thats why need to work overtime. but in sg.. you nv work overtime means u nv do your work.. the opposites...

Hehe OT rocks, 1.5 times of pay on a normal day and 2 times of pay on a public hoiliday!! For what im paid and for my age... its very very good laio.
