i used to work under a beautiful young female boss. she was very good to us. but unfortunately, under the stabbing of office politics, she left.

Just prefer male bosses, maybe its due guys nature of "face to face talk" instead of bitching and stabbing 1 one another in the back like what I have seen. Maybe other will have diffrent views on this

the story goes, because this female boss is very good to us, the higher management doesn't really like her being too nice to us.
so when she came back from her maternity leave, the management decided to find ways to get her out of power by making the replacement covering her job during her maternity leave to officially take over her position.
she loves her job very much and seeing how someone simply took over her position, she decided to quit. -
ur co's mgt seems to be very very top-down approach. sad sad, nvm lor be happy for her lah, she may find a happier job

im currently working with female colleagues ard me. i find tat working with male colleagues r better than female colleagues. work with male can talk cock, sometimes abit vulgar "suan", talk all sorts of rubbish but we noe its all play play de. but work with female colleagues mus watch ur words cannot anyhow say.

In all my work life, only had one female boss. Da best. She was very b1tchy towards others but to her own staff, she protects us like mother-hen. She gave us a free hand to do our work. Neber check one. Her style of managment motivated us to go the extra mile.
So, she also gained recognition and got posted to Bahamas lah, Cayman Islands lah and don't know which Caribbean place to spearhead office.
I just count my blessings lah.....all the bosses that I had/have very good de. Erm, maybe it's a reflection of myself? I am nice so naturally people also nice to me?

I think female bosses tend to be more emotional than the male bosses. Emotion clouds judgement. Very few women who can control their emotions well these days. Now like.. princess/queen attitudes everywhere.
