4th Feb after sun rise, which is 0715 then can get out of house
4th Feb before sun set, which is around 1830 must be home
4th Feb after 2300 then can get out again
5th Feb before 2300 hrs must be home
6th Feb after sun rise, which is 0715 then can get out of house
