its ard 3-4 inches long. not very thick. at 1st its very hard when its raw. den, when its ready to be serve its still quite hard. and if its served and no1 grab it, it will become soggy over time gradually. its reddish in color and to some ppl, its great to put it into their mouth. some love it very much and some do not like it. -
