Carbonex was very expensive some time back 15 years ago. Used to own a Carlton racket nia. There was this period of time my frens has their rackets strung with bright green strings. That was quite pop back then la.

OMFG...Blacken, how could I forget it!? It's the lower range of Yonex before the Carbonexes (I think). For most of us, Blacken was rather good already. If I recalled... Carbonex 8 was the best in the old Cab series. Then followed by the seamless graphite frames of other Cab series.

Carbonex is nice to use. Not too heavy nor too light. Tension wise is just nice. My hand never ache when playing with them. Just don't give me B series rackets.
