  Was really really busy with my job and did 2 business trip recently in between some personal ones.
  
  Been playing badminton 3 times in the past 1 month. The rate's picking up and it's much better than once a month awhile ago.

  lack of exercise making me round (again) liao! wat's more i'm on medication recently, side effect (one of it) is that i'll have "improved" appetite.
