  Ah yes I had a good work out alright. Now recovering from a sprain/muscle pull in the neck/shoulder area... Gotta get a faster recovery by plaing badminton tonight

  Hi I am a new member. I think I fit the intermediate player category. Don't know about the age category though. I'm male 27, is that ok?
  
  Any games this weekend? I would like to join if the timing is right. Have not been doing any exercises for quite a loooonnngggggg time liao and will probably need 1 or 2 sessions to pick up my skills.

  FYI, the timing most likely to be 9 - 11 pm for sat or sun 4.30 - 7 pm.
  however i do not have the details yet.
