Which type of shuttlecocks are you guys using??
I'm currently using Protech PT-20 & Yonex AS-10. -
We are using PT tournament grade shuttles and Victor Champion grade 1 shuttles.

Since we're on this topic, can anyone enlighten us all on the difference of Yonex's shuttles?

If I remember correctly, Yonex has different grades. The higher end ones like AS 30, AS 40 and AS 50 are goose feathers. I think either AS 2 or 5 s also goose feather, but can't remember which one.

the single digit one use duck feather...
higher the number have better flight characteristics.... -

Read up from a few sources which give contradicting views as to which grade of Yonex shuttles are made of goose feather and which are made of duck feathers. AS 30 and above are confirm made of goose feathers. Lower then that unclear.

lol i also heard that AS 2 is the most suitable type of shuttlecock to be used in Singapore due to the humid climate.
Btw,i really hate Victor shuttlecocks,they call themself Champion shuttlecocks yet they cant even withstand my smashes,just a few whack and the feather goes flying wheee.............the flight is also not very good.

I recommend Zodi and D.Inc get cheaper and better quality shuttlecocks like Impact and Ashaway,CN Alpha might do too.

Hmm, just what I think. Impact shuttles QC very bad. Slightly on the light side as well. Ashaway depending on the grade. Anything under Ashaway Gold can't really last and loses flight after a few hits. CN Alpha.. high end ones really expensive. I think that day too much draft in the hall, thus the shuttles were flying a little haywire, which explains why alot of us kept hitting the frame.
