  Hey guys, i've been pondering, whether can airsoft be brought into Singapore legally or illegally.
  
  And btw, what kinda bullets does airsoft fire on.
  
  *i'm particularly interested in it. I am sure there are people of the same kind as me.

  They're gun replicas that look like the real thing, works nearly like the real thing and fires ball bearings(plastic/metal) like the real thing.

  hmmm.. But there are people in singapore that owns airsoft guns you know.. they own those with string and blowbacks..
  
  but i want to know just one thing.. how do blow backs work? anyone knows?

  Well, i'm kinda interested in Airsoft.. ANd i found out about guns with blow backs.. which means they have the same mechanism as the real firearms. the slide goes back and forth during firing but i dont know how that works. Thats why i'm asking peeps around here

  Hv read from the magz. about the blowbacks , maybe this definition will help u understand more:-
  
  - The more popular among which are the Gas Blowbacks (GBB). The GBB allows a realistic, semi-automatic firing of the gun by employing either an on-board, or magazine-stored gas storage system.
  
  - Basically, the same compressed air that propels the BB out of the bore is harnessed to cycle the slide back (hence: blowback).
  
  - This creates the realistic recoil by cycling the slide back and forth while firing the gun. This system gives the gun the capability to empty a magazine as fast as you can pull the trigger, and just as easily reload the gun by inserting a fresh magazine.
  
  - Depending on the type of gas used, the force of the recoil is normally compared to that of a .25 caliber handgun, so the recoil is not tremendous but enough to make shooting realistic

  Neh..Too bad..It is illegal in singapore..But u can always take up this sport..Go Safra or community clubs..There should have this form of sport..As for those gas powered one, there use gas canister to pump gas into the gun or the magazine in order to produce gas to propell the pellet out..
