Dunno, that technology is still quite new and patented only like erm 2 years back by toshiba and hitachi. Abit hard to find now, its more suited for mobile laptops where cooling is apparently more critical, because of the lack of coolant fans and properly placed heat sinks.

try cooling it with nitrogen... tat time read in the papers some ppl are doing it... basically it looks god-damn bloody exciting ultra unbelieveable super omg omfg chio...

Water cooler long time have alreadi, not popular leh....
Neber bother trying it out. Scare later water leaks, whole comp kaput...then lagi worse. Not worth it...

but i heard and read bout some modding communities in the states who uses liquid coolants, the chemical kind (they're inert).. sorry the name juz skipped me... maybe you could goggle it.. -
Toshiba, Hitachi, and NEC have come out with thier own methods of liquid cooling their own range of laptops. They run a fluid line over a wide area behind the LCD panel to cool the fluid and pump it through an area in contact with the processor. Their main aim of using liquid cooling is to make the laptops less noisy with the reduction of fans, although a cooler processor is said to run better.
For a home-based cpu, if sound isn't the main consideration, recommend the use of sufficient fans and good ventilation is more than good enough. If you really want to go all out, come out with something that ducts air through a R-134A evaporator coil, but then you'll need a compressor with a pump and thats where it'll turn noisy again.

hmmm I'm not so familar with water cooling stuff,
but I know you can purchase a installation set below $200 (<300) at Sim Lim Square or any other water cooling distributor, Brands are ThermalTake, etc (oh that is the only one I know)

then I found out that power supply got 1 fan, CPU got 1 fan, and my lousy Geforce 4 MX card also gay kiang have one fan -
Its better to have one fan installed at the intake to cool your hdds, draw air into your chassis, cool other components & another fan at the exhaust to suck out hot air.

Most of the casing you purchase at Sim Lim, comes with fans..
CPU fan is you're using the default stock fan, it shouldn't be noisy for normal operating condition.
and if you are really want a low dBA for your comp, make sure all the fans produced around 35 dBA

i saw a clip for the nitro oso.. nabe cool bt no way i can afford dat, they have to keep refilling it with liquid nitro.. siao eh.
anyways, any considerations i have to take note of when buying cooling stuff and how to keep my comp stable throughout? im not sure about these stuff, so its a miracle my comp can last so long. -

Must be d/ling pron dvds lah, what else need to leave the comp on 24/7? Those pron dvds weigh in nearly 3~4gb.
