some question on the running program.

what are the program i circle?
why i alway have 5 svchost.exe running at the sametime? and why 1 of it used so high ram.
is it normal for Opera to run so high ram? -
the msiexec thingie you see is for meecrosoft .NET framework. You need that to run certain applications, such as that tuneup thingie you are using in the picture.
the csrss thingie is a dynamic link which windows requires to do resource allocation, so its kinda critical.
as for the svchost thingies, its normal to have a multiple number running at each time as each fulfills a different task, such as usb port detection when you plug in a usb device, LAN detection on your wireless/10/100 port, printer spooling, etc...

As to why they're using so much RAM, I have absolutely no idea.

Quite a number of programs need to make use of svchost.exe application to run. A few svchosts running at the same time are common.
Exactly which programs call which svchost.exe, i remember reading somewhere there is a way to check, but is complicated.
Y one of svchost.exe is running so high, from the looks on the screen, should be caused by computer workshop forum service running at the background.
csrss.exe is the main executable for the Microsoft Client/Server Runtime Server Subsystem. This process manages most graphical commands in Windows.
msiexec.exe belongs to the Windows Installer Component and is used to install new programs that use Windows Installer package files (MSI). -

For the slightly more advanced users of windows. From run, type in "services.msc" and you can access the service level and enable/disable running threads or set how they should behave. I don't really recommend you touch anything there if you don't know. FYI nia.
