who are suffer from "computer anxious"

  i admit i suffering from 'computer anxious'
  
  must scan my computer every 1-2 days. with ad-aware, analyzing registry, analyzing applications.
  
  feel im not safe at all from hacker because i havent install Firewall , anti-trojans , hijacking..more.
  
  scare my computer cannot start windows everytime i switch on CPU.
  
  must del all ad/spyware even i know some are harmless spy/adware.
  
  everyday worry my data will gone. (dont do back-up).
  
  wtf..i mess up my life. the more i know , the more im worry/anxious

  I have firewall, antivirus and peerguardian.
  
  I only scan for spyware when I feel like it.
  Virus scan is every week.
  
  Backup is every month and I'm lacking behind.

  I stopped using peerguardian, can't be bothered to install nor use AV after my last format either. Don't give a damn, other than keep the comp clear of redundant stuff.

  i stopped installing nonsense into my com
  there`s no need to use adaware
  still feels great..

  Antivirus is of paramount importance if your OS is Windows.
  
  Saves a lot of trouble should there be a new virus out. Of course, firewall is the 1st line of defense.

  My data is expendable, but I do shed a tear when I see porn being emptied down the recycle bin.

  old one dont go , new one wont come.
  i hate to know when i using maybe 300-500mb for porn..make me feel more yellow.
  
  del old 1 , install new 1 (maintain around 30-50mb)will make me feel more innocent......

  Guess I'm really into Network Security...I like to test using online sites and tools that try to snoop and attack and see that all the results are good.even better when they report no existence of any puter at that address when you do it right.
  
  All the same, I ghost everything every 3 days..... when I see what some of these guys are doing in hacker sites and forums it astounds me. Sometimes it's not the data on your puter that is at risk but the fact they use your puter to hack into somewhere else...
  
  There this real famous guy (he appears on the boards every now and then) from somewhere in the Middle East who is a real wiz at breaking into anything, he even wrote a snoop tool for cellular phones, has a simple program to get your msn,yahoo, email adds n id...geez

  Maybe I should start being anxious about the health condition of my computer.
  
  Previously I had totally no anti-virus program in the system at all!
  
  I just downloaded a free trial and scanned the system and there were six trojans.
  
  Phew.

  only have antivirus running and google toolbar for blocking ads
  
  dun even use adware/spywares scans or put up firewall..
  
  just be weary what you are surfing...

  well, i use Panda Anti Virus... seems that on an average, every 10 minutes someone tries to scan my port

  i use PC ciling ... auto update and auto scan weekly ...
