  hmmm, downloaded the massive update, when finish installing, i cannot open my dial-up prog, cannot run .exe from cd-rom, cannot use search function.....be careful.

  haha I stop at SP 1a, update those security / critical patches..

  yah, SP2....heng i got ghost, but clock back 4 mths ago but nothing is lost...heng i got a good back-up strategy. i earned another yr of mcafee service, wahahahhah

  Possibly the best way to employ SP2 is with a new system thats just been installed. An empty comp simply put it, no software loaded yet other than the basic windows XP OS. Coz you got nothing to conflict with, unless XP conflict itself, than its better you go marina south fly kite. kekekekeke.

  I don't do ghosting, i just format my OS/installed programs Partition and reinstall WinXP
  
  any other documents and files, I've backup in other partition or optical media

  my C drive is to host OS niah...all other stuff is other drive, so anything wrong i just ghost...heh.
