[discussion]What next after P4? or story havent end?

  I went to SLS with my relative from oversea to buy laptop and my PC upgrade
  
  Sunday SLS no more crowded..i so malu, becos on our way, i keep tell my relative stay close to me because SLS will be very pack and keep advertise SLS sure 'ren shan ren hai'. *SLS half empty but lucky the people who give flyer still there to let SLS seen abit busy.
  
  then we heard from 2 saleman from different shop say ,it the best time to get P4 3.2. because Pentium have reach it MAX.. there wont be Pentium5 .
  then they say there are still room for improvement for laptop.
  
  If what the saleman say is truth..what are the scenario we are facing now?
  Best time for P3.2? or change Processor for my our next upgrade?
  as software alway turning bigger and higher required ,so are games.
  
  *In the end, i told my relative , maybe singapore just ended pc fair and creative warehouse sale.so the PC market quite cool down.. the end my malu

  It's always crowded on Saturdays and Sunday.
  
  As for the whatever chips you're buying, my advise to you is, "Just buy". Find the cheapest and just buy.
  
  There is no application you cannot run with Pentium 4 3.2.
  
  I'm using Pentium 4 2.0Ghz and I'm breezing through applications like photoshop.

  i went last 2 week ago, half empty lah.
  
  u better than me..i runnning P4 1.7. 512ram already very slow on loading for stupid games like 'SACRED'. i feel processor is an important chip to change , not like ram , sound card or graphics card.
  ****change to P4 3.2 also mean change mainboard also.

  Maybe I don't play games and have 1GB ram, that's why.
