  My monitor's finally gone bonkers. I'm currently looking at the lowest range of the 19" LCD monitors. Between ViewSonic, Samsung and Philips, which brand gives the best performance?

  I have a Philips 17"
  
  The warranty is not bad.
  
  Quality is good too.
