  how to copy out all the email address and emails in outlook express? Is there a particular file that keep all the address and email?

  You can export Address book, File > Export > Address Book
  
  You can export Messages, File > Export > Messages (this doesnt work for me)
  
  or
  
  You can backup your emails from C:\Documents and Settings\your_username\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{default_key}\Microsoft
  
  > copy this Outlook Express folder to backup
