video problem!!!!

i can't play video files which are in .avi format. when i play, got sound but i see a blank screen. know how 2 fix tis problem???

That means you don't have the video decoder for that particular *.avi file. The video codec could be XviD, Mpeg-2 or Mpeg-4. *.avi files require both a video and audio decoder to work properly (avi is audio video interweaved :lol
. So you got sound coz you only got the audio codec for it, now you need the video codec.

yes... maybe the video codec is missing from your system... you can try to identify the missing codec first... try using G Spot, a useful free program for this purpose... go here: http://www.headbands.com/gspot/... once you know which codec is missing, just seach for it online, d/l and install

does the "codec pack all in one" works with media player and DivX player?

If you want to use a codec pack, use it with windows media player classic or bsplayer or intervideo. Anything else, you try, then tell me.

wah! can aready. but i encounter another problem. yes, it can play .avi format file, its slow leh!!

You know why its slow? Your video card sucks, thats why its slow.
