  I seems to have another service.exe running on my computer. Any reason why? I am using win2k.

  Use the "run" function, type in "msconfig" and see what strange thing that is in the "startup" that is booted up with your comp without your knowledge.

  win2k don't have msconfig...u need to download from the web...
  
  Ur problem seems to be a virus issue: Win32.Raleka worm
