wat's the command to type in 'RUN' for my problem

  Hi guys, hope u can help me out on this..
  
  My frenz say i can type a command in the run bar where i will arrive to this menubar and proceed on to the startup column where i can remove those programs which startup when i log on to my windows...
  
  but i forgot wat's the command.. anyone knows?
