  Yea i have this game
  and frankly speaking
  after a few levels
  i feel my IQ has drop 10-20 pts

  If it's anything like the first Postal, it's a completely deranged (not in a good way) type of game where the whole point is to murder as many innocent people as possible before you are gunned down by the law.
  
  If you want games which you are on the wrong side of the law, try GTA-Vice City.
