Can also try www.kongming.net Their DW4 is a bit lacking but they got excellent DW3 & DW3:XL info, maps and level 5 weapons. Also a great source of general Three Kingdoms information.
For DW4, either go to www.gamefaqs.com or http://www.geocities.com/muni_shinobu/ssm3/index.html Muni wrote the definite guide to DW series for gamefaqs and is regarded as somewhat of a god by the people there.
