I was told that i could bring it to service at the outlet at century square, and i took a cab home to obtain my warrenty card and a cab down to century only to realise that they do not provide serving at century anymore. The centre has shifted to Plaza Singapura and this has not been made known to me when i called 63394916.
The staff over the century, said he can sent it to plaza singapura on my behalf. He did not provide me with the loan phone untill i enquires about it. Then the phone has been activated with sim lock and he insisted that i have activated my sim lock feature which i did not. Even after i tell him that i do not use this function at all before. He then try it on another two phones and still insisted that i activated the sim lock. In fact it was that the security features of the phones has been activated with sim lock security feature. Eventually my sim card was blocked and i have to go to Starhub to deactivate the block. -
