Jusgal actually needs a pre-natal instructor. Yes, someone specialise to guide the patient in the art of childbirth. She will need to learn all the breathing exercises and the pushing exercises. So as the gynae, I recommend she goes to you for her exercises. You have some fitness guidance background right?
