New resolution

OKie...this is a new semester so I got new resolution! hehe...for no reason just tot of posting them here...
1. Concentrate on my studies. This will be my junior year already...2 more years before I graduate!
2. Get a job so I can go travelling.
3. Forget him since obviously got no more hope.
I would say the last one is the hardest to do.

I'm having a similar set of resolutions I set myself for this half of the year."Study hard and forget abt her."

Several ideas I got from otehr ppl:
1. Stop hanging around him (very hard cos he is close to my group of frens)
2. Dun help him anymore (very hard oso cos if he looks sad i will just melt)
3. Dun contact him anymore (try blocking him but a week later i unblocked...haihz)
4. Dun go on trips with him (he just asked me to, ahven't rejected but thinking of doing that)
5. Get another guy to like then can forget him (here no more nice guys!!)

point 5 is a rather risky move.Getting into a rebound relationship does not gurrantee that we would forget about the person.But I guess it'll help to a certain extent and who knows?The person might turn out to be the right one for us.
Some of the things I try to do is to keep all the things or gifts that will remind me of her away from my sight.I'll try to pack myself with work or other activities.There is this saying that being busy keeps your worries away because you juat have lesser time to think!As time passes on,i hope i'll realise that life can go on without her and I should move on since she already has.
I would not want to hold on to the past and restrict my growth.Instead I should reach out to the future and hopefully there are better things to come in my life.

Anyway this Saturday got birthday party for my roomie. He sure will be there. So how to react? I have to go to the party..otherwise my roomie will get angry...

7 ) dun go anywhere wif him alone...
8 ) dun engage any talk of more than 10mins wif him..

but now ur mind is still not firm enuf... so the option is dun get urself in a situation where 2 of u r alone in a talk for too long... cos ur mind will swing again at tt time...
if u 2 really engaged in a conversation, dun let it continue for too long... find something else like saying u have to help out ur roomie, need to talk wif ur frns, or get more ppl into the conversation etc... as long as not jus 2 of u together... -
