add bout 1/2 a sml jar of mayo n slowly mix in plain fresh milk over a slow fire. till the consistency is to yr liking. (wen it cools down it will get thicker)
add spices n herbs to taste.

beat the egg thoroughly... and then add in water (which is about 3/4 of the egg) into the egg.
add soy sauce, then mix it thoroughly. (if got crabmeat, mushroom.. just add in)
Put in steamer, low heat.. steam for 15 to 20mins. =D
