It is logical to know that by using it, then you'll know you have A brain.
But if you ask similar questions like this... it's also the same as asking something like: "How do you use your brain to know you have a brain?" OR "What's the use of a brain?"
Love without action is not love.
What kind of action? It's a redundant question to ask.

Chanced upon this thread at the same time as i was watching the pope's funeral on TV..
What it means to say I Love You... in the context of Pope John Paul's life..
I am not a Roman Catholic nor a Christian.. but just from his funeral, the gathering of so many people.. different creeds, different blieves, different political agenda... all there in that single place and that moment in time to celebrate the life of the Pope..
So what it means to say I love you.. in the life of pope john paul i guess it was clearly shown how he can unite the world single handedly. Commanding so much respect for promoting life, love and peace in humanity.. i would think that would have been the single greatest way of saying I love you...

I think we should all not be so serious regarding love,really.
'I love you' are just words after all...I'll never be taken in by a guy who says that to me because it's an uncreative way of expressing affection I think
If a guy says he loves you, tell him this- "don't tell me, show me that you love me". I'll guarantee you he'll be momentarily stumped
Oh anyway, those three supposedly sacred words are really not worth anything coz ANYONE can utter those words. I say it to my cat and to my closest friends but nothing romantic is meant...haha. -
Well, I have nothing against guys who say it and mean it. In the past, I used to ask guys what you ask them now,"If you love me, then show or prove it to me." But now I have ceased doing that. Because now I think that if a guy truly loves me, I do not need to ask him to prove it to me. I will be able to sense it through his subtle actions. Sure it is nice to get flowers and gifts and etc, but those are not proofs of love.
