Is love supposed to be this painful?

is love this painful for everyone?
nobody tells me that it is this painful to love someone...i have only heard about the good side. i have no idea the bad side can be so torturous.

well.. everything have it's different point of view...
sometime it seem very bad when u first look at it...
but if think some about it some more it might be different...
mine love relationship is not so gd either but it is not mine gf or mine fault but some other problem that was in our way....
sometime we will quarrel but we get closer n able to understand more after quarrel...
well maybe you can read something like this below

One day a Professor ask his student “Why when ppl quarrel they need to shout ?”
One student answered, “It is because when one is angry one loss it’s cool.”
Then the professor ask again “why shout during a quarrel when the person is beside you ? ”
No one was able to answer this question. So the Professor explains.
During a quarrel one-person shout is because he/she want the other party to listen and understand. So when two-person quarrel, both party will shout louder to each other because when the other one is begin shouted at feel angrier, while the one who shout feel that the other donÂ’t understand.
But when one is in love they start to talk softer and softer because both start to understand each other. And to a point where no talking is needed as both heart is as one

As someone who has never been in love(i think), i can only say...
Without the pain, you cannot fully enjoy the happiness.
When the happiness is gone, the pain and loss surfaces stronger.
Love is a give and take thing. You cannot be happy all the time.
Instead, You're :-
Happy when he's around
Sad when he's away
Moody when you want to talk but he's not there
Disappointed when he forgets your birthday
And so on.
Therefore i believe that Love isn't a single feelings, but a rainbow of feelings mixed into one, with happiness the one 'colour' that everyone is achieving for.~ -

no one can promise you good or bad, happy or sad in a relationship... But most of the time we focus on the bad than the good... maybe you can think about the sweet moments you had with him and take a positive approach towards the issues.
I learnt that negative feelings/ thoughts can be felt by your partner even though we try to hide and pretend we are ok. Subconsiously, our feelings/ thoughts are relvealed, your partner might not want to confront you as he might think that he got the wrong signal that's all. he would actually think that if there is a problem you would have already brought it up to talk...

i'm a slow learner and maybe a glutton for punishment so at my age, i'm only beginning to understand that I am 100% responsible for my own happiness. I dun believe in loving half-heartedly. When I do, I go all out. And maybe I shouldn't cos dats why I always end up hurting the most.
