Cinnamon Caramel Iced Coffee
Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 40 min
Makes: 6 servings
6 Tbsp. coffee, any brand
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel flavored dessert topping
4-1/2 cups cold water
Thawed whipped topping (optional)
PLACE coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker; sprinkle with cinnamon. Place caramel topping in empty pot of coffee maker. Add water to coffee maker; brew. When brewing is complete, stir until well mixed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
POUR coffee mixture over Coffee Ice Cubes in tall glasses. Serve with milk and sugar, if desired.
Top each serving with thawed whipped topping. Garnish with chopped chocolate-covered toffee.
Coffee Ice Cubes
Pour cooled coffee into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid. Use to chill iced coffee drinks without diluting flavor.

12 RITZ Crackers
1/4 cup peanut butter, divided
48 small pretzel sticks
Halloween sprinkles
12 currants or small candies
SPREAD each of 6 crackers with 1 tsp. of the peanut butter; cover with second cracker to form "spider's body."
INSERT 8 pretzel sticks into the peanut butter layer of each spider for the "legs."
SPREAD 1 tsp. of the remaining peanut butter onto top of each spider. Decorate with sprinkles, then add 2 currants to each for the "eyes." -

2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
2 frozen smoked sausages, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
6 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
MIX all ingredients until well blended; pour into prepared pie plate.
BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until center is puffy and golden brown.

1 pt. (2 cups) coffee, chocolate or vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
2 tsp. grated TOBLERONE Swiss Bittersweet or Milk Chocolate with Honey and Almond Nougat
2 Tbsp. thawed whipped topping
PLACE 1/2 cup cold prepared strong coffee and 4 triangles (1/3 of 3.5-oz. bar) TOBLERONE Swiss Bittersweet or Milk Chocolate with Honey and Almond Nougat in blender container; cover.
BLEND on high speed until chocolate is chopped into small pieces. Add 2 cups coffee, chocolate or vanilla ice cream; cover. Blend on high speed, using on/off action, until smooth.
POUR into 2 tall glasses. Top each with 1 Tbsp. thawed whipped topping and 1 tsp. grated additional TOBERLONE Swiss Bittersweet Chocolate. Serve immediately. -

Makes: 8 servings
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
6 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup), divided
1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cookies.
POUR into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

Add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir until mix is dissolved.
FOR 4 Servings Place 1/2 cup Hot Spiced Tea Mix into heatproof pitcher or bowl. Add 3 cups boiling water. Stir until mix is dissolved.
FOR 16 Servings Place 2 cups Hot Spiced Tea Mix in heatproof container. Add 3 quarts (12 cups ) boiling water. Stir until mix is dissolved.
