What's with some job offers these days ?

  they say call this number without giving a place to walk-in and when i call up some of them, they either dont pick up or their phone is permanently off....for the whole day...
  
  i mean, what the hell is the point of advertising and placing a number and dont pick up..

  some advertise, when i email them, they neber reply...altho thru PM say ok liao,...bery funny one..
