Singapore set to receive same-day telecasts of The Ellen DeGeneres Show
Ellen fans in Singapore rejoice - hugely popular, Emmy award-winning talk programme The Ellen DeGeneres show will soon be aired on cable channel LifeTime Asia on the same day as its US premiere.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, other countries in Asia such as Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar will also benefit from the same-day telecast.
Having recently embarked on its 12th season, the show will debut here on Oct 20 and will be shown on weekdays at 8pm.
Having first aired in Sept 2003, it was announced last year that the long-running show would be renewed through 2017, extending it to its 14 season.
