Posted: 25 July 2012 1656 hrsHONG KONG: Hong Kong actress Myolie Wu revealed Wednesday during a press conference for her new drama "Ghetto Justice II", that she had broken up with her actor boyfriend Bosco Wong some time ago, reported Hong Kong media.
Wu appeared emotional when she answered questions from the media, and declined to talk about the reason behind their split.
"I just hope everyone can handle these matters maturely," said Wu, as she choked back her tears.
"I am sorry. Sorry, I really don't want to talk about what's bad about him… I hope everyone will give us a little space."
In a recent interview with popular Hong Kong radio deejay Cha Xiao Xin, Wong revealed that their breakup was a "joint decision" and said there was no third party involved.
"There are some feelings that are gone once they are gone," said Wong.
"Been together with Myolie for so long, and now we've split up, it's definitely upsetting."
When asked if there is a possibility they would get back together, Wong said that "it is all up to fate, it cannot be forced".
Wong also expressed that he and Wu may no longer lovers, but are still friends and would often chat as well as exchange SMSes even after their split, before going on to describe Wu as "definitely a good woman".
