V10 Jul – Malaysia born Singapore-based Mediacorp artiste Shaun Chen has decided to move his acting career to Hong Kong and Taiwan, China Press reported.
It has come to the media's attention that Shaun has sold his property in Bishan and his Volvo car recently. According to China Press, the condominium in Bishan was jointly owned by Shaun and his ex-wife Michelle Chia, who moved out last year.
When Shaun was asked about his future plans, he revealed that he will be moving his acting career to Hong Kong and Taiwan in November. However, he added that he will still take part in one or two local production dramas.
"I'm not leaving Mediacorp. It's just that I will be working with the company in a different way", he told the reporter.
The 34-year-old actor further disclosed that Hong Kong TVB and an unnamed-television station in Taiwan have contacted him to work with them. However, he is still considering their invitations.
