catch Kim Hyun Joong as a comic book hero AGAIN

Once again, after Boys Before Flowers and Playful Kiss, Kim Hyun Joong will be starring in a new drama adapted from a comic book, Conquer the City by Shin Hyung Bin. Conquest of the City will be consisting of humanism and action scenes, depicting a story about the son's resentment towards the parents who left him when he was young and the grown-up lead character, Baek Mireu, who ruined his own family and enters the black society for his revenge.

At least Korea manga is the one that lead the shot and it make asia proud in term of quality and humour of their movie production. Compared to Japan I do see a decline in creativity. For example Bakugan Battle Brawlers and Pokemon are the same repeat concept,where is the good old japanese movie like Death Notes ? Finally do anyone think someone will act the real life of Naruto the pang sai in the movie ?

Namgong Min has just been confirmed as joining Kim Hyun Joong in the upcoming manhwa drama adaptation of the gritty 90s City Conquest. Namgong Min will be playing Kim Hyun Joong rival in both the love of the leading lady and probably his foil in his revenge plans. City Conquest doesn’t yet have a station or a broadcast date, but its scheduled to start filming at the end of July.
