  Nick Ashford of the Motown writing duo with Valerie Simpson, passes away at age 70.

  They wrote the most iconic Motown songs like Ain't No Mountain High Enough, Reach Out and Touch Somebody's Hand and I'm Every Woman.

  He will be sorely missed.
