Why no good jap dramas like GTO?

  It seems that  good jap drama series like GTO has been missing ..no good plot or good artistes?

  GTO a good drama ? Perhaps you haven watch the anime yet. Try Mr brain by takuya kimura.

  役者魂 is good。相亲结婚 is very funny.

  The only last best J-Pop I can think of is Deathnote/死亡笔记 and Kindaichi Case Files/金田一少年之事件簿 show. As for the family one are �在一屋�下 act by 酒井法�. Other than that it the American drama like Prison Beat and reality show like "The Apprentice" that rules the television

  Japan is really in a decline, I haven't really watched much Japanese drama, the last one I really watched is Konkatsu!  婚カツï¼�staring Aya Ueto which really, to me is about the decline of Japanese neighbourhoods and stuff like that. They still have good artistes and good plots but not as much as before so it is harder to match both up. Their behind the stage people are aging, losing some of that vigour of the past, so it will contnue to decline til their population starts to peak and a whole new generation takes over.  

  Korea drama is still at a high peak, and now it is bolstered by the fact that their Kpop stuff is going everywhere, the rise of SNSD and other girl groups have balanced the wow factors of other boy groups and coupled together, there's something really for everyone, Kdrama with girl and boy idols, so many dreams for the young to dream and so many pretty girls and handsome boys for people to see.

  I find jap dramas better than korean ones....something about them their creativity and pursuit for perfection maybe it just my preference

  imo, korean productions are much much better than the japanese productions.
